I am experiencing the same issue below. I've removed and reinstalled the whole Studio and it still is giving me issues. Hss there been a solution to this?
When you go to publish your presentation, make sure that you're selecting the Player Template that you just saved. The drop-down for Player Template will automatically select the last player template that you published with. Depending upon the changes that you made, the selected player template might not be the one that you expect. Make sure that "In Project" isn't shown in the Player Template name. Otherwise, you'll continue to publish the player template that doesn't have your changes.
If you continue to have problems, please let me know.
Thanks! That was the issue. However it worked for a while and now it's back to acting wonky. I have found that if I go to the templates folder and delele the ones I am having issue with and do a restart, it seems to help.
That Presenter ribbon has been the bane of my existence :(
i had the exact same problem, turned out that it was a firewall/permissions issue. have you tried talking to your IT folks. once the gave me permission to edit, no more problems....
