When publishing a presentation, Articulate (13 in this case) often substitutes the original type color (let's say blue) to black and shape fills to what and borders to black. Do you know why, and is there a solution? Window 7, MSOffice 2007
I’d be happy to. Unfortunately, I was using the trial version and my copy expired. Is there a way for you to “reset” or extend my trial license so we can figure this out? I can’t see shelling out a pile of cash for software that won’t work for me. Hope we can figure it out.

I do not believe that I have seen this behavior before Eric. Would you be able to share your Articulate Package for us to take a look?

Did you try to upload via the link shared in your case? You should have gotten an e-mail from support@articulate.com.

Thanks
