I am publising an presenter file for an lms and doing it for scorm 1.2 optimized for standard delivery with all the boxes related to publishing for a mobile device. I see the discoloration in the preview so i know it is not related to uploading it to the Moodle site. I tried replacing the text boxes but the issue still exisits and it is not on all the slides just some of them.
You may find that some text boxes are unexpectedly filled with colors or gradients in your published output. This issue was fixed in Update 4 for Articulate Presenter. See this article for more information.
