As you can see in the attachment (hopefully it works this time, take 2), I need to show the learner how to navigate the course, and I can not get the callouts near the appropriate spot in the Articulate. Any ideas?
I was able to open the Word doc you shared here, and the second callout is off the slide, which is why it's being cut off, as to the location and not reaching the farther ends of the slide, it's hard to know without seeing the file. Are you able to package your Presenter files and share them with us here or send privately here?
Thanks for sharing, and I apologize that I didn't get to it Friday. I tested your version, and when I put it into Preview mode, this is how I saw your text boxes:
So they were not cut off, although you can see they don't match up exactly. I tested this on Windows 7 with Office 2010.
Oh how odd, I just tried it again, and mine are cut off still. I also have Windows 7, but Office 7, wonder if that's the issue? I don't know, but I'll keep playing with it. Thank you!

Is the attachment working for anyone? I try to open it and it's just useless links.
Hi Heidi,

Does the attachment work?
Thank you for your help!

Hi Heidi,
Another thought occurred to me, have you changed your slide dimensions? That could cause items to be cut off. You may also want to check that your DPI setting is set to 96, as setting it differently could cause items to behave oddly.
Yep, I've checked both of those, and I'm set at 4:3, and the "smaller" or recommended DPI setting. I wonder if something is with my margins though.
do they have wipe animations on?
Nope, just a callout, no animation.
