Text in an object is duplicated

I have a slide with a number of circle shapes with text inside each. The shapes are each hyperlinked to another slide. When the presentation is published, the text is duplicated like in the screenshot below. I published this same presentation last year with no issues; this year I've made some changes to other slides, but not this one. Any thoughts on why this is happening and how to prevent it?

Hi Heidi!

The first thing to check is to make sure your system's DPI is set to 96. If that checks out, we'd be happy to have you send us your project files so we can take a closer look at why that's happening. First, create an Articulate Presenter Package of your presentation as described here. Then upload the resulting zip file from your computer on the second page of this form, and we''ll attempt to diagnose what's happening when we receive your upload.
