After publishing my first presentation, I went in to make sure it was working appropriately. The second time in, the box came up to ask if I wanted to resume where I left off. This box was blank. I was able to click yes and resume, but there is no text in the field. How do I fix this?
That was a very helpful link. Unfortunately it did not work. I was shocked because it was exactly what my problem is. However, the fields have the appropriate text in them. I tried changing it to a different language, then back to the original again. I saved it and it still does not populate.
I see that you submitted a case with our tech team this weekend. I'll keep an eye on your case, so we can post the resolution for anyone else that may experience the same issues.

One of your labels may be blank within your presentation. Take a look at this knowledge base article, I believe it may fix this for you.
If you still experience the blank resume window after following the steps provided, please let me know.
