Text is in French

Hello.  I am working in Articulate 09.  My organization has transcribed into French courselets that were created in English.  I am in the process of putting the PowerPoint French Text into Articulate engages and have found when I copy the french text from the PowerPoint into an engage the word "Si" converts automatically to "Is".  I am not sure if other French words are being automatically converted as I have only noticed this one.

What can I do to ensure that all the French words remain as is?
