I am working on an localization updates project. The intial course was created last year in Studio 13. This year while making the changes and while previewing or viewing the published version, the font where speacial characters are used for example dot on top of an alphabet(French, Italian, German etc) - the font size is getting reduced. If it is 15, it becomes 12 when the screen is previewed.
Please help me if anyone has faced this issue and has any solution. This issue was not present last year.
Would you be able to share the Articulate Package for us to take a look at? It seems that you've shared the published output and a Powerpoint of what you see in the published output, but I do not see the actual project files.
If you cannot share it in the forums, please share here privately.
This is actually an issue that has been shared with our QA Team. I will be adding this thread for their reference and will update this thread when applicable.
I have no time frame to share and as mentioned above, this thread will be updated when applicable. At this time the issue is still in the hands of our QA Team.
Thanks for reaching out, and I'm sorry we don't have any information to share in terms of a time frame regarding when we'll hear back from our QA team or if this issue will be fixed. Once we have information to share, we'll post here in this thread. Thank you for your patience.
Unfortunately I don't have an update to share, but once I do I'll post here and as long as you stay subscribed to the forums you'll receive an update via email.
I'm having the exact same problem with Danish characters - any solution to this problem? When using special characters (æøå) the font is resized and the alignment is not centered in the output files?
I see that the issue is still with our QA team and unfortunately I don't have any updates to share at this time but once we have information to share we'll be sure to post here.

Hi Pramod,
I had a look at your files, but I'm not able to see exactly where you're seeing this issue. Can you attach a screenshot?
From the sound of it, it sounds like a font issue. Have you tried changing to another font?
Hi,
I have reattached the PPT for your reference. It has comments against each highlight. Let me know if you need any further details.
