Text shrinks when published resulting in misplaced annotations

Sep 24, 2012

I am trying to annotate a slide in PowerPoint by placing an arrow on a list item as each item is read.    However, when I publish the presentation, the text size is automatically reducing.  Since my arrows are not reducing, they are not in the correct place when the file is published in Articulate.  The arrows are lining up with the original text size in the PowerPoint presentation, and do not match with the reduced text in the new Articulate presentation file.

I tried saving the PowerPoint in both 2003 and 2010, tried changing the font, tried reducing the font before I published in Articulate, but so far nothing has worked.

Any ideas?
