I researched this on the heroes site and have found that others have had this issue, but there was no answer or resolution to this problem provided. I have reduced the name of my file and/or pathway and still have the problem. I submitted a case yesterday, but it is common for it to take a number of days before someone reaches out from Articulate. Anyone find a solution this this? Thanks!
When I've seen this error message it is usually because I have hit the Microsoft path limit of 256 characters. I have gotten around this by publishing to a folder that is closer to my home directory.

So sorry you're running into this issue. I checked your case history, and I'm not seeing a case you submitted yesterday.
Did you receive a confirmation email with a case number? If not, you may need to submit a case again. You should hear back from our team shortly!
