Toolbar Menu Items Not Showing

Hello! I've been trying to get the Attachments and/or Exit tabs to show up on a published course, without any luck. I used to be able to add the attachments tab without any problems, but recently it is not working for some reason. I've looked through the forum and tried all of the suggestions that are out there i.e., ensuring the options are selected from the Layout menu, ensuring the correct template is chosen (in project) when publishing, and publishing to a newly created folder on my desktop to avoid seeing a cached version. Any further ideas/insight would be greatly appreciated!

To double-check, are you sure that the correct template is selected when you publish?  There is an option box for selecting the template when publishing. If that doesn't match up with the template you selected for your project, that may be the source of the problem.  You can click the button with the elipse next to the template options to double-check your layout options.
