Tracking and Completion

I'm using Articulate and SumTotal LMS.  I have a simple lms published file that I have uploaded to the LMS.  The file runs file.  However, when I get all the way to the end and it says "presentation complete" and I use the Exit button to exit, it does not remove the file from my LMS to do list.  There is no quiz in the file.  Is this an Articulate setting or SumTotal LMS setting that tells the system its complete when exited?  Right now it defaults to # of slides that are in the articulate.  But again, even thought it registers complete when viewing, the results don't show that in the LMS.  Any ideas?  And this has only happened a few times.

Hi Trey,

My concern is that this has only happened a few times. If it's not happening all the time, I'm wondering what may be causing it. If you haven't already, would you mind testing your course in SCORM Cloud to help us determine if the issue is Articulate related or if it's on your LMS's side? If it appears in SCORM Cloud as well, we'd be happy to take a closer look at what might be going on. If you can't replicate the issue in SCORM Cloud, it's probably an issue that you'd want to take to your LMS team.
