We are developing a course which will be used by people in remote areas with slow internet access, if any at all. With that in mind we're planning to publish our course to USB sticks to save them the bulk of a download.
My questions are as follows:
For those who will be working off of a usb stick, is it possible to have a link in the course for them to go to in so we can track the use of the course?
We would like to personalize course completion certificates and mail them out. Is it possible to have everybody hit a link at the end in order to complete the survey and get their certificate?

You may want to take a look at some of the ideas for tracking offered here, and please check out this information on How to Create Certificates by Customizing the Report.html File.
