Tracking Issue

We have created a course using Presenter and it has a quiz from quizmaker. And I got below email from client.

"A user was given feedback that they scored 60% yet LMS seems to have captured 40%."

Can you help!! what could be the problem?

Haven't seen this one before in my years of using Articulate.

So... my first question/comment to the client would be:
Have that user take the course again on a different computer and see if they get the same result. Take a screen shot of the score screen and the report from the LMS to compare for verification.

Measure twice...cut once.
