Tracking on ipads and androids
Sep 14, 2016
I know there's information out there about how to track when users are on ipads/tablets but I'm still very confused (and frustrated...sad face). I used the advice I found here on tracking learners' progress:
https://community.articulate.com/series/10/articles/publishing-a-presentation-for-ipad-or-html5
but when I test it on an ipad/tablet, it's not marking me as complete. I have 10 individual 15-minute scorm courses set up in one package in my LMS. The LMS marks each scorm as complete when the learner accesses a certain number of slides within each scorm. But it's not doing that when I use an ipad or tablet. It continues to show I'm still in the scorm but not that I've completed it.
Can someone please help me. I'm literally at the end of my rope at this point. TIA!

I would upload of one those courses to SCORMCLOUD and see if the tracking works there. If it does work then this would be indication that the problem is with your LMS
Thanks for the tip! I was so close to it I forgot to check in scorm cloud. It marks me complete in scorm cloud so I'm thinking it's an LMS issue and will work with our vendor to figure out why. Thanks!
