Hi, I am looking for the users to be able to click on any of 4 (or more) images which are then hyperlinked to a new slide where there is further information available. The problem that I have, is that I cant think of a way of identifiying when they have reviewed this information and for the "next" button to appear only when they have viewed all the steps but these could be in any order.
Can anybody help me with this please!?
Thanks

Hi Hitz.
There really isn't a way to force them to view all of the content since Presenter doesn't really do conditional branching like that.

Thanks for the quick response. Do you have any suggestions of a work around other than linear navigation through each section?

Hi Hitz
there are three methods I use a lot
1 is that the user doesnt really get a choice but they feel like they have one. On the first slide I grey out all the images except the first and direct them to view item 1 and after viewing this section they return back to a duplicated menu with item 1 ticked and item two now not greyed out etc this way the user is actually viewing them inorder but feel they have a choice (which they never really have) as each option is unlocked as they view the previous
2, is to create the branching and ticking off using multiple repeated slides, this reqiures a lot of planning on paper and repeated menu slides, and really only works if you use 3 or less options
3. Is to use flash files to control the branching and pass variables back and foprth using these swfs, the frame entered blog gives the code to be able to work this out
This site here (login student, password UCtest) shows both options 1 (Fallopian Tube Module Section 1 and 4) and 3 (Breast module Section 1 Introduction)
Hope this helps
Phil
