I created a quick training on venomous snakes, spiders, etc. for our workers who work outside. On some computers the training launch just fine, and on other computers, it shifts to the far right and super tiny. I originally published it in SCORM 2004 4th edition. My LMS platform supports 2nd and 3rd editions so I changed to 2nd edition to see if that would make a difference. It did not.
I have attached the zip file of the training, and am hoping someone can help me troubleshoot this.
Can you test it, and have other affected users test it to see how it behaves?
Is there a common denominator among the users who are seeing the content launch small in your LMS? I'm curious about the browsers they're using and the type of Windows and/or mobile device they're using. A great way to get details from those folks is by using http://supportally.com/ . It will gather all the relevant details, including if Flash is enabled in that browser.
