Hello Paul! To remove the license from your old machine, make sure you're connected to the internet, and then either uninstall the software via your Windows Control Panel, or use the Deactivate option on the help screen of each Articulate product. This will "free up" the license keys so that you can install the software on another machine.

When you install the software on your new hardware, you'll be prompted to enter the serial numbers, so before you uninstall from your old machine, it would be good to locate those. They are in the original email you received when you first purchased your software. If you can't find that email, you can get the numbers by going to the Help screen in your existing installation, and choosing "About."

If you run into any trouble, feel free to let us know & we'll help you out.

Thank you Jeanette. So it looks like the quickest and easiest way is to uninstall the softwares from the old PC.

This is going to be a problem for us since we no longer have the machine with us. Is there other way to do that? Will it be possible to ask you to deactivate the softwares for us by providing you the serial numbers?
