Question: This morning a colleague of mine mentioned that the transfer of a product license, with Articulate's blessing and okay, can only occur two-times and aftet the two-times the license is no longer valid. Situation would be when an employee gets a new license, they leave the company and it's transferred to another person...that person leaves the company and the transfer occurs again. Can someone shed some light on this? Thanks!
The Articulate End User License Agreement (EULA) doesn't permit transferring an Articulate Studio '13 license from one user to another. If there's a special condition that requires a transfer, such as an employee departure, you'll need to request a license transfer exception.
It would be a one time transfer. I'm guessing you may have a particular set up that you may want to discuss with our team. Have you reached out to them here?

Ok, very good. Next question is how many times can you transfer a license when the Request to Transfer Exception is used and granted?
