Does anyone know how to get a slide (that has 2 seconds of animation in it) to advance immediately after the animation is completed (right now, it plays the animation and then pauses for 3 seconds before transitioning to the next page ..... ugh.....)
Any help or suggestions would be SOOO appreciated.
Hi Dominique ... if there's audio on that screen, the audio will determine when the slide advances -- the slide will advance when the audio completes (assuming you've set the screen to automatically advance).
If there's not audio, then you could create a silent audio file two seconds in length. Import that as audio for the screen, and I think you'll see the slide advance as you want it to in the published content.
Dave!
Thank you a thousand times! Your suggestion worked beautifully! I'm embarrassed to say how long I worked on this issue trying to get this slide to advance more timely - (probably close to 4 hours :( -- how sad is that??!)
Thank you SOOOOOO much!

Phil,
I beg to differ, unless I'm not looking at the right setting in properties. I only saw 2 options when it comes to transitions within Articulate Presenter '13: (1) where you can set it in the slide properties to either advance automatically or by user (i.e., but there's not length specification); or (2) under Options within the Tools portion of the menu ribbon under Publish where it says "Slides without audio, video or animation display for
Thank you SOO much! This worked perfectly! (I'm not sure where this other 'magical' setting is so that a slide 'will transition based on the length set in the properties'?????)
Hope my initial reply didn't come across too 'brisk' (:() - I'm afraid I may have let my frustration get the better of me. I had been 'wrestling' with this issue for the last few days and when you mentioned the options to set in the properties, I thought, 'don't tell me there's an easy-fix setting that I've completely overlooked, or missed, or didn't recognize, etc. ... ugh...."
It seems as though Dave's suggestion is the best way to address this issue, yes?
Again, thanks for your input/insight.

In case you're wondering, the option Phil is referring to can be found here:

just n addition to Dave's post, if there is no audio it will transition based on the length set in the properties

I meant under options, you would have to set globally on not on a specific slide. I don't use Presenter that often anymore.
Thanks Phil!
