Trouble Publishing Video to Web

Using Presenter '09 I published a training with the web option. The training works properly when played locally on my computer, but does not play properly when hosted online. The non-video slides work properly but the video slides will not play (slides 2 and 4).

I am uploading with FTP transfer options set to binary.

The video is in FLV format.

I have tested different browsers and operating systems and cannot get the video to start.
