Trouble with graphic

Apr 10, 2013

I put together a video using one of the templates from the blog. Everything seems to be working right EXCEPT that two links on one slide are the wrong color when clicked. They look fine in PPT, but not in the published version. I've attached a zip folder of the presentation, let me know if I should attach something else.

On slide 5, if you click the circles on the left, boxes with white fills and colored outlines appear. Clicking the circles on the right brings up boxes with colored fills. I don't see that anywhere in the presentation or on the master and can't figure out how to fix it.

Hi there Pratima!

Unfortunately, the file you posted looks like the published output files. We don't actually be able to see how the presentation is set up this way.

Can you try sharing a Presenter Package, instead?

Please create an Articulate Presenter package by following the steps in the following article:

Send to Articulate Presenter Package

You're welcome to send it over to our support ream, or post the package file here on the forums.

Thanks!

Christine

Hi Pratima!

Thanks very much for the file :) I took a look and from what I can see within the file, all of the formatting and colors look the same for the prompts that appear when you click on the circles.

I published the file and uploaded it for testing and it looks the same on my end.

Can you please take a look and see if it looks correct for you as well?

Testing for Pratima

If that uploaded presentation works for you as well, it may be because you're viewing the published output for the course locally. Please be sure you upload your course to a web server or LMS before testing your content. If you view a published Presenter '09 presentation on your local hard drive or send it to someone else to view on their local hard drive, you'll encounter security restrictions from the computer, web browser, Flash Player, and network that'll cause various features of your content to fail.

To properly test your published content and share it with others, upload it to the environment for which it was published. Please review the following article for details:

If you still see the same thing, just let me know.

Thanks!

Christine
