We are having trouble with Studio 13 and powerpoint 13, the articulate ribbon is unresponsive. We have looked at Add - in and COM add -ins Disabled Items etc but to no avail. I understand that the powerpoint version is 32 bit. We have also tried re-installing both pieces of software. Can you point us in the right direction.

If the Articulate tab on your PowerPoint ribbon is missing or some of the Articulate Presenter '13 buttons aren't working, one or both of the Articulate add-ins may be disabled in PowerPoint. Here's how to correct it.
However, if you were never prompted to activate Articulate Presenter '13 and the Articulate tab on the PowerPoint ribbon isn't working, here's how to correct it.
