I am trying to open a web page and play a movie, but I want to stay on the same page. I get the link to open the video but it opens a second window. I don't seen any settings from PowerPoint or from Articulate that allows you to stay on same page. Any ideas on how to do this?
Are you doing this from within a course or on a web page? If its from a web page then it needs to be adjusted in the html. It's probably set to open in a new window. You will probably have to embed the file so that it will play in the web page.
It is from within a course. There is some text on the page and then the video picture. I would like to stay right on that page and show the video. Opening another window is confusing sometimes to people.

So you have the video on another webpage? Is it not possible to place the video in the course?
