Hi Dave. Welcome to the E-Learning Heroes community!
Sorry to hear about the trouble you're having with this. Thanks very much for the screenshot.
Can you tell me a little more about what caused this, please? Were you just trying to install Presenter or were you trying to open a Presenter file? If you were trying to open a file, what type of file is it (Quizmaker, Engage, etc.)?
The first thing I would recommend checking is your current installation of Microsoft PowerPoint 2010. Are you running the 32-bit installation or the 64-bit? Microsoft released a 32-bit and a 64-bit version of Office 2010. Microsoft recommends installing the 32-bit version, and Articulate Presenter '09 will only work with the 32-bit version. Presenter '09 also will not work with the Click To Run version of PowerPoint 2010. For more information, please review the following article:
Sorry for the trouble. Which version of Office do you have installed? You may also want to confirm that you're installing onto your local hard drive, as well as check out these other progressive troubleshooting steps.
That's correct. If you click the link that Peter and I both listed, you'll be able to fix this. You'll just need to uninstall the 64-bit version and install the 32-bit version for Presenter to function properly.
Just wanted to point out that you wouldn't need to buy another version of Office, just download and install the other version, or install the other version from the disc. If you are working with a technical department, they should be able to install it for you.

Thanks!
Just found out it's not compatible with 64 bit - I assume this is the problem.
So the search continues....

Unfortunately we only have 64 bit here...so I guess we can't do it. OK, thanks anyways!
