Two slides not advancing for my client, but works at my end

Hello,

The program that I developed for my client a few years ago was working properly at SkillSoft, but now they have a new VLS (CertPoint) and two of the 80 slides do not advance. When I test the package at SCORM Cloud, it works. When they test the package at SCORM Cloud, it doesn't. Any insights??

Hi Mary, and welcome to Heroes!

This does appear to be an issue with the LMS, and you can find some troubleshooting ideas here in this article:

But I would also recommend discussing the issue with the LMS team, including specifics from the two slides that aren't advancing, if you haven't already done so. Good luck!
