I have a short course with two videos embedded from YouTube. Both use same embed code format (as recommended for YouTube videos) and have same Web Object settings. Both play fine when published as Scorm to our Moodle site but when published on client site and when tested on Scorm Cloud, only one video plays - the other doesn't show. I've searched discussions and while there are many discussions on videos, none seem to cover this situation. Any ideas?
Hi Morgan! Does it work as expected if you test this content in SCORM Cloud? If so, that's something you will probably have to take up with the clients settings/LMS.
Perhaps someone in the community has some insight into this though.
Thanks Leslie. As I said, I did test it on Scorm Cloud and only one of the two videos worked there. I'm probably missing something obvious, maybe something to do with YouTube? Both videos are set to public on YouTube.
I have shared the Articulate Package with above email using Dropbox - hope
this is appropriate. The video in Slide 12 works fine but the one in Slide
18 does not. Really appreciate any assistance.
Big thanks to Leslie and Vevette at Articulate for coming up with solution - "...confirmed changing the link address to start with https (as suggested on this forum post: http://bit.ly/1LjBeBP) resolved the issue in SCORM Cloud. "
I won't have a chance to check this on client's site for a while but I hadn't spotted that I had used https in the one web object that worked and http in the one that didn't so solution makes sense.

Hi Morgan! Would you be able to share the Articulate Package so that we could take a look? Which slide/video is the one that does not work.
