Every time I try to preview or publish, it's telling me that "Articulate Presenter has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry of the inconvenience." Then I can send the error report to Microsoft or not....any ideas? It's got me in lock down mode for the time being.
I'm in the process of un-installing and re-installing everything. I took my project to a second computer with Articulate on it....oddly enough...the same thing happened on that computer...I'm wondering if my articulate project files are somehow corrupted.
I'd recommend submitting a support case to us so that we can take a closer look at the issue. We might need to run some trace logs to diagnose the issue.

Hi Brock,
Can you try completely uninstalling and reinstalling Flash Player by using the method below?
*******Please do the following in Internet Explorer.
Uninstall your current version of the Flash Player. Follow the steps here:

Download the latest version of Flash:
http://www.adobe.com/go/getflash
After that, restart your machine & see if you can publish or preview.
If you continue to have issues, are you working off of a network or USB drive?
Just uninstalled and reinstalled...not working on network or USB drive...just the C drive of my computer....still no success.

Hmmm...first link while downloading Microsoft .NET Framework gives me a simple "Setup Error" and nothing else.

Remind me...where do I submit a case?
If you can only duplicate this issue with a specific project, you can send that to us here:

If this is happening with any presentation, you can submit a case here:
