Unable to Activate Articulate Bundle on new system (PC)

Hi,
We have purchased the entire bundle of Articulate and had installed it on 2 PC's initially. We now need to transfer this software onto a different system. So I followed your guidelines posted on the Articulate website-uninstalled it from any one PC and re-installed it on the new system. But when I type in the Serial Number it shows me a notification stating "You have exceeded the number of activations for this license. Please contact support@articulate.com for assistance."
Can you kindly suggest a solution for this problem?

Did you deactivate your serial number prior to uninstalling? If not, you may need to contact support@articulate.com to have them manually reset your serial number.

It may be easier to work through an activation/serial number issue if you work directly with our support team.
I guess you were right, I hadn't deactivated the serial no. But the Support team were able to promptly resolve the issue by resetting the sr no. from the back-end. Thanks for your help and inputs.
