I'm not sure if you've already looked at the knowledge base article about the missing ribbon in PowerPoint 2007. If you haven't, please check it out. Scroll down to the section for PowerPoint 2007 and follow the steps provided. That should get you up and running.
However, if you've already tried the steps in this article, submit a case with us so we can look into it for you.
Thanks yourquick response. I´ve looked at the knowledge article about the missing ribbonin ppt 2007, and the problem still. I´ve the same issue before and by followingthis it has been solved But the problem it´s different.
That screenshot shows the COM Add-ins. Under Manage you need to select the Disabled Items per the article Christine pointed out and enable it there. Make sure you view the screencast too as it shows you exactly where to go.
If you believe that is the case, try uninstalling the trial. However, the message is stating that you disabled those items and you cannot enable them there. You must go to the Disabled Items in the drop down menu under Manage and enable them there.
You should receive an email notification once we receive the case. It may take a few minutes for us to get the request, but someone will contact you soon.
Hi Raul. If you want to submit a case, you can do so here. You will receive a message stating the case was received when you submit a case. Can you go to the Disabled Items and see if anything is listed there? Here's a screencast outlining this process:
If you are having any conflict issues with our powerpoint add-in simply disable it or uninstall it via the control panel. This will remove the add-in. let me know if you need any help. Tim (at)slidedynamic.com

I did select the disabled items that you point out. But it´s empty. And follow the complete tutorial and still.
I remember to install a trial of SlideDynamic http://www.slidedynamic.com/slidedynamic-addin/download-trial to insert prezi in ppt. and after the trial ends the problem pops up.
I Think the problem come because of this, experiments.
