Unable to close and track presentations within my LMS

Hello

I was having issues closing down my classes within my LMS after we upgraded to ie9 like many other folks I have read on the community blog.  I had found a solution within the blog by having my player launch into a new window.  This worked for 2 of my classes, everything tracked properly and test scores were showing up again within my LMS.  However, I applied the new update (update 9) to my Articulate software, now none of my classes will close down or show quiz resuts.

At this point I feel the best solution is to uninstall the latest update and have my classes close down.  Can someone walk me through how to uninstall the update 9 for Articulate Presenter?

Hi Michelle,

Before uninstalling Articulate Presenter 09, were you able to try any of the steps within this article about tracking content within IE9?  Additionally, you may also want to review this blog post about common troubleshooting steps for tracking Articulate content within your LMS. Also, do you have an exit button enabled? As there are some additional troubleshooting steps to help you ensure that will work.
