I am having an issue where I am not able to insert anything into a presentation within Articulate Presenter '13. This occurs whether I am attempting to Publish from Quizmaker into Presenter as well as not being able to do any of the functions listed within the Insert tab.
I've received confirmation from Quizmaker that a quiz ( see attached screenshot ), but it was not found within the open/selected PowerPoint presentation.
I've attempted to insert a Character, Web Object, Quizmaker Quiz. I can hover over and I receive the option to insert, but I cannot click on it to perform the insert.
I am working from my C:\drive, all documents are stored on my C:\, and I am using Windows XP.
Thank you for your time!

Hi Lisa!
Based on this description, it sounds as if your ribbon is not working properly. Here's how to fix it.
Leslie - thank you! I have asked our Desktop Support guys for help with the permissions. Will let you know if this resolves the issue

Sounds great Lisa
I'm having the same issue. It started after I installed the most recent update. Now the Articulate ribbon doesn't do anything in PowerPoint. I went through the steps in the article listed above. The add-in is running and my Trust Center settings are correct. Any thoughts?
Hi Greg!
Sounds as if you need to conduct a simple repair of your software.
That did it! Thanks!
Awesome, glad to hear it! Thanks for the update Greg.
I'm having the same issue and have tried all of the suggestions I've read about, including the details on both links that Leslie provided; including a reinstall of both Office and Articulate. It's getting to be a bit ridiculous.
In my case I was able to open my ppt file and click on things like the Video option and a dialog box pops up quickly and disappears. leaving me unable to do anything else with the file.
