Help! I have uninstalled, reinstalled, started a new presentation, tried different video formats (mp4, wmv) but always get the Articulate error message when trying to insert a video. Is there some other file or program I need on my computer? I can play mp4 and wmv files though???? I have a mandatory module due out this next week and need suggestions!

So sorry to hear you're having issues. Can you post a screenshot of the error message you see when you try to insert a video?
