Unable to open Engage files from Presenter

I'm trying to use the "Edit in Engage" button from Presenter to open my Engage files and it looks like it is about to open the file but all that happens is a new window quickly pops up and closes. It is almost like it thinks I have opened the Engage file and already chose to close it. I never get an error message. A coworker is now having the same issue with one of his Engage files as well. We are both working directly from the desktop. Anyone else having this issue? I have the newest Studio Update and Storyline 2 installed. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I want to add that it is also happening to Quizmaker as well.
Hi Lisa! Typically a repair of your software will alleviate this issue.
