How can I fix this?

Hi David!
Are you publishing and viewing your content in it's intended environment as shown here. Be sure that you are not trying to view locally, which is what the URL referenced here indicates.
Hi Leslie,
I this error occurs when I click the "view presentation" button just after publishing. I have been using Articulate for years now and have always been able to preview the course before I upload it to our LMS. This problem only started when I installed update 2 (1402.2817). When I uninstalled the new update and re installed the old one I was able to do this, but now I am experiencing other issues.
What other issues David?
Im unable to edit quizzes I have edited with update 2. Quizzes that were saved using update 2 do not work in classes that were published in update 1.
I am unaware of this issue.
Can you package your course and submit it to us to have a look at?
