When publishing, I've been getting this popup message, "Unable to publish to presenter". Could someone tell me why does this happen and how can I fix it? I'm using Power Point 2010 and Articulate '09.
It sounds like the Communicator add-in is disabled in PowerPoint. Can you try resolving the issue by re-enabling it via the method described in the link below?
Are you receiving any specific error messages or seeing any unusual screens? For unexpected issues using Articulate software, here are a few tips for managing your files which can help prevent issues:
1. Work on your local drive (your C: drive). Working on a network drive or a USB drive can cause erratic behavior, including file corruption, loss of audio, and other unexpected behavior.
2. You should also make sure the directory path to your project files and your published output is less than 260 characters (for example C:\Articulate).
3. Avoid using special characters, accents or symbols in your file names.
