I created the course using a Dell computer, however staff who have Mac computers state they cannot view the course properly - no audio, counter not moving, seeing the images but not the text.
Welcome to Heroes! Would you mind submitting a Support Case so that we can take a closer look? Also please make sure to upload your files when doing so using the following instructions depending on your version of Presenter.
Attached is my zipped file. The course is playing fine for everyone in the agency with a Dell computer. So far, it is only the staff who have Mac computers that are having the issue.

Hello Adrian,
Attached is my zipped file. The course is playing fine for everyone in the agency with a Dell computer. So far, it is only the staff who have Mac computers that are having the issue.
Thanks!
Hi Debbie,
We were able to reproduce the issue on the Mac using Safari 6.0.5 with Flash Player 11.9. It does work with Chrome - Version 30.0.1599.69 though.
I've gone ahead and created a case for you to continue our investigation there - #00360601. You should be receiving an email soon.
Thanks,
Adrian
