Unable to view images in published course

Hi,

I'm working on an Articulate course that was created at least 2 years ago by someone who longer works for the company and I'm just beginning to learn Articulate so any help is greatly appreciated. 

I had to edit a pre-existing course which was easy enough to do - text and an engage interaction - but when I publish it  I no longer see the images. 

I've tried re-installing the Articulate, worked off my local computer, and I'm not sure what else to try. Maybe I renamed the course and lost reference to images?

It might be a little hard to diagnose what's going on without seeing your files. Are you able to send them to us so we can get a better idea of what's happening? Please create an Articulate Presenter package, then upload the zip file to our server. You can review how to do this here:
