I'm playing a video in a slide. The video overlaps itself because in the published SCORM there are 2 iframes produced in the backend. Please see screenshot attached of google inspect tool and the PPT rawfile in zip.
Hello Erwin! It looks like you sent along the .ppt file, but not the associated .ppta file. That's ok- I built a new file with a web object of youtube.com to check it out.
I'm thinking that you had a more specific web object in mind, though, because YouTube (the site) opens beautifully in another browser tab when I publish my project.
Do you have a specific video that is playing in two frames? Can you share your Articulate Package of that file?
Erwin, thanks for submitting that file with your web object.
I noticed both in Chrome and in Safari, in the HTML5 output, the web object is showing as 2 elements. If you pause the video on the slide, the second instance keeps playing, and there is no way to stop it.
I'm going to escalate this issue to our support engineers for their expert investigating. In the meantime, is it possible for your learners to view the Flash output? That would mean viewing the content in a browser that has Flash Player enabled.
I'll make sure you stay in the loop as to what's going on with this behavior. Thanks for the awesome clue with the developer tools!
Thanks for checking in, Erwin. We're still keeping an eye on this bug to evaluate how many customers are impacted and what impact it has on courses. The number of customers and depth of impact are two of the elements that help us prioritize bugs and fixes.
Not yet Erwin. Looks like Alyssa shared some information above about how these bug reports are handled and looks like this thread and your support case are attached so that we can update when we can.
I hope we can have a fix on this soon. Some of our projects has been pending because of this issue. The more this will take long the more we can't sell our courses.

Hi Crystal,
Apology.
Can you please send me your email.
I can’t share the video link in public.
Thank you.
No problem, Erwin. You can use this upload form to send me your file privately.
