I have studio 13 on my mac running parallels. When I try to use articulate presenter it tells me I need flash 10 or higher for internet explorer. I have version 16 so why the error message?
Hi Graham! Looks like this thread is a bit dated and I hope that Tina got her issue resolved, but for yours, check this out:
Adobe released Flash Player 16 on December 9, 2014 and, as a result, Articulate Presenter won’t operate. This issue was fixed in Update 5 for Presenter. See this article for details.
If you also have Articulate Replay, you should install its latest update as well.
