unnecessary blank woindow opening in course

I have a quiz for students to take at the completion of my course. The quiz is within a presenter file. Upon completion of the exam when the student clicks see my results, a blank window opens up. I am trying to figure out why this happens, with no luck. Any ideas?

Have you tried it with other browsers, or is it Just with Firefox ?

That certainly sounds strange. If you can, please submit a case with us. We'll be happy to take a look to see what's causing that blank window for you.
I'm curious to see what's causing this, so I'll be watching your case. This way, I can share the resolution for any other community members that experience the same issue.
