I just installed Articulate Studio 13 and the dialog boxes in Articulate are tiny to the point they are unreadable. I tried chaging the screen resolution and they are not changing. Is there a fix for that?
Hi there, Beena. Our software requires Microsoft Windows to use 96 DPI (dots per inch). If Windows is using a different DPI setting, you may experience erratic behavior. This article can help you check that setting.
It sounds like you've adjusted your screen resolution as well. You may find that user interface elements in Articulate Studio are small and difficult to read on high resolution monitors—generally, monitors that display more than 2,000 pixels in width. What is the resolution that you're currently working with?
Hi I am having the same issue. Just purchased a Surface Book 2 and installed Studio 13 on it. Basically it is un-readable and and I can't expand the dialog boxes to read, which makes it nearly impossible to use.
Thank you for sharing those screenshots and providing those details. Could I have you try readjusting your resolution settings to see if that enlarges the dialogue box? Adjusting the screen resolution to 1920 x 1080 should help here.
This worked and made the dialog boxes readable, but still somewhat difficult. Need to put on my coworker's 1.5 readers to make things out decently! My settings are 150% scale and 1920x1080.

Hey Bruce,
Thank you for letting me know! Were you able to try Crystal's recommended settings perchance? Even though the guide is for Storyline 2, it applies to Studio 13 as well.
Please give that a whirl and let me know if that helps!

Is there a fix for this? Changing resolution does not work.
Hello, Michelle. Happy to help investigate!
Did Windows conduct any updates recently? Could you let me know what your display settings and resolution read?
I'll have our team review that detail so we can explore next steps from there!

If there are any fixes, that would be great!!!
