Articulate Presenter tells me that I have an update and I then proceed to the webpage to download the update. After downloading and running the update, I am prompted with the InstallShield Wizard asking if I want to add/ remove programs, reinstall, or remove the program. How can I install the update?

Before you install the update, you'll need to uninstall the previous version of Presenter. Here are directions on how to uninstall.
When you're ready to install your update, you'll follow what you did before (also outlined here).
