Hello. I added one slide to my presentation and now I have lost all of my audio for the presentation when I saved it. Can someone explain to me if this is suppose to happen and how can the presentation be corrected so that the animations and the sound of the original presentation can be created again ? Thanks

Hi, Felicia -- Sorry to hear of your troubles and may I ask if you have recently updated to version 8? If you have already gone through the troubleshooting steps listed here and are still finding difficulty, I'd recommend that you use the steps here to create an Articulate Package, and then upload it via this form to connect with our Support Engineers directly.
