I upgraded to Presenter 360 and when I go to Sync the animations I no longer have PowerPoint animations supported, meaning the arrow doesn't fly in etc.
Is this because I have PPT version 21010? Do I need to upgrade PowerPoint 2013?
Studio 360 still supports Powerpoint 2010, as you'll see here in our system requirements. If this isn't working for you after updating to Studio 360, we'll want to take a look at your Presenter package. Can you send it along to our Support Engineers so that we can take a better look?
Same problem here. After installing 360, I opened a file created in Presenter 2013 and Published it in 360. Now I am attempting to edit the presentation and have lost the option to sync animations. I attached my Articulate Package ... can you help?
Let me know what you are seeing when you try to do the same. If you're simply missing the option as originally mentioned, I'd recommend a repair of your software install.

Hi Mike,
Thanks for reaching out and letting us know what you are running into with your project.
I downloaded the file you shared and was able to reach the Sync Animation functionality in Presenter 360.
I recorded a quick Peek 360 video to demonstrate what I'm seeing.
