I am creating a course in Presenter for a client who is having a custom LMS created. The client wants the student to be able to download a Word file from the course, edit it, and reupload it so the client can review. First of all, am I correct in thinking that this is a feature that will need to be built into the LMS? And secondly, is there a way to prevent the student from advancing in the course until that upload is completed?
I'd definitely suggest you connect with your LMS team regarding this, as there isn't a feature within any Articulate software that would allow a user to upload a file. You may want to share which LMS you're using here as other users may also be using that same LMS and could weigh in.
Ah, sorry Katie - missed that piece. :-) Well hopefully someone in the community has also created their own LMS and done similar to share with you here.
