User can´t see Navigation panel

Hi, I´ve built a course and I test it in our LMS, and it works properly, I can see all de navigation panel, with many chapters. But one of the users can´t see it, in her screen the panel exists but is empty (see attachments)

Why is this happening? Can you help me?

Hi Maijo,

Thanks for attaching the file. Is it happening when she attempts to resume a presentation? You may find that the Outline panel is blank or the Attachments tab is open when you resume a presentation in your LMS. Please review this article for more information and a possible solution. Hello Peter, yes, it happens when she attempts to resumen the course. It has many quizzes and users can retry them. The only quiz with just one attempt is the last one.

I´ve decided to publish again the course with free navigation to avoid more issues.

But I have another question: If I select  "No" when the resume message appears, and the navigation is locked, I can´t go to the screen I was last time, I have to navigate all the course again. Is there any way to solve it? I mean, can the screens I´ve seen previously be "unlocked" and the rest of the course I haven´t seen be locked? Any trick?

Sorry Maijo, the only way to allow a user who chooses not to resume to skip through a course would be to free up their navigation. I'm curious to know if you were able to try the solution in this article, as that would essentially resolve the issue. Or, if you'd like us to take a look at the course, you're welcome to send us the files so we can see if there's something weird going on.
