user.js file

We are using a custom user.js file that we use for each of our Presenter '13 online courses.
Is there any way that I can have that custom user.js file that goes into the /presentation_content folder published when I create and FTP my project over (as opposed to publishing and FTP'ing then copying the revised user.js file into the /presentation_content folder?)
I was thinking it could go in here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Articulate\Articulate Studio\content
..but I don't see a user.js file in there (so not sure if that file it generated by the publication process every time)
Thank you!

Hi, Rob -- Thanks so much for your question! I wanted to stop in to note for anyone who may not be aware that unfortunately, we are not able to provide support for JavaScript. Luckily, we have lots of community members who are more than willing to share their expertise to assist!
And for those who'd like to review it, here is a sheet on JavaScript Best Practices you may want to keep handy. :)
Thanks for the response.
Keep in mind that I am not asking for Javascript coding support but am just
wanting to know what generates the user.js file and if I can have a
particular user.js file replace the default one in the publication
process.
Thank you
