Users seeing wrong font Jan 04, 2018 By Steve Jones Hi - got a complaint from a customer today. Letters are missing on the quiz and they are seeing Times New Roman, but I used Calibri. Could you have the ones experiencing an issue check the following: In IE: Internet Options > Security > Custom Level Scroll to the Downloads section and check if "font download" is enabled
