We are using Articulate 09 to try and update slides in the the backup.pptx created by Articulate 13. We cannot publish the course. Has any one had success using the backup.pptx file? Any tricks to making it work?
You don't have Studio '09 and '13 on the same machine do you?
There was a thread here about a similar issue if you would like to read that conversation. One of the users submitted a support case, but support was unable to replicate the error.

No - we have 10 writers. Half have Articulate 13; have have '09.
